- All Iron-On Materials apply to Cotton, Polyester, Cotton-Poly Blends, Rayon, Silk, Linen, Cotton Canvas, Denim

- Matte DTF also applies on Lycra/Spandex (including blends), Leather
- Nylon DTF Transfer also applies on 100% Nylon and Nylon blends

- Sparkle (smooth with embedded silver glitter), material color is White-Silver, colors print more vibrant vs glitter, does not shed
- Glitter (textured/rough rainbow glitter), material color is White, colors print softer vs sparkle, does not shed, *Outline is required on all designs/sizes, all designs are printed as one solid piece that applies like a patch (no transfer mask)
- Iridescent is a color-shifting woven twill material, material color is Rainbow White, material is thick and may not be suitable for application of large sizes on light weight fabric

STICKER (Peel-n-Stick) Material Options:
ℹ️ 1 time application on smooth hard surfaces including plastic, metal, glass, wood (does not apply to textured walls or uneven, rough surfaces etc) 
- Matte or Gloss finish
- Waterproof, commercial grade car vinyl, 3-5 year guaranteed outdoor life, Not UV protected
- Removable from most surface types (except paper, cardboard, etc), not reusable

- Gloss Clear Outline not available in White or any designs/patterns with White. Apply on White, Silver, or similar light colored surfaces, not for application on dark surfaces (colors print translucent and will be affected by item color) 

Solid Color Swatches:  
- We can also print using any HEX, CMYK or RGB code, colors from teamcolorcodes.com or pull custom colors from graphics
- Screen colors and Printed colors may vary depending on individual computer monitor settings and each material type
- If you would like to preview color(s)* before purchasing, just message us with what you would like to see and we'll send it right over
       * we are unable to show previews how colors will look when printed on Sparkle, Glitter or Iridescent materials

All colors (except White) can be printed on any material type

Some designs/bundles can be printed in more than 1 color, but must be all the same material (materials cannot be mixed)

❓Can this design be printed  smaller than 2 inches?
ℹ️It will depend on design & material type, please message us for options/ordering instructions

❓How do I Order Multiple Items?
ℹ️ Just change the quantity to the total number of items needed, then specify all options you would like in the box - no need to add each one to the cart individually! 

❓What are Bundles & Do They Have to be all the Same?
ℹ️ Bundles are multiple prints of the same or different design for added savings
- Only the Material type must be same, but everything else can be different! 
- if you would like different sizes, add up all the sizes then divide by the number of items to find the average size (round up if in between sizes), then specify the size after each option in the box  

❓What is Style Option & Can Styles be mixed from other listings?
ℹ️Style option is the number shown above the design (scroll through all photos to see all options) in purple (NOT the sku) 
- Some listings this may also be Age or Letter
- Styles can be mixed from different listings, but the full sku-syle option must be specified (if you need help knowing what to put, just message us!) 

🔤Adding Name/Text (no extra charge!) 
- Check the box under "Add Name/Text" to select/preview fonts/text
- Text will be sized TOGETHER with design to fit within size chosen from the menu
- Text must be the same material as the design, if you want a different material, text will be need to purchased separately <click here for listings>
- Include in the Product Customization/Notes box if you have a preference for text placement (above/below design, inside/over)
- If you would like more than one font, pick the main font from the options and then specify in the Production Customization/Notes box, what part of the text you want in which font
- Let us know if you are looking for a specific font and we will add if possible!

✨Custom Text Policy: We will not print anything with profanity (especially four letter words starting with b or f ) either written out or letters replaced with symbols or derogatory towards any person or group

❓Are there any other customization options? 
ℹ️Yes! Additional options may include (but not limited to):

❓Can I receive a proof/preview/measurements?
ℹ️ Yes! we are more than happy to provide measurements or previews before ordering

❓How do I Reorder a design? 
ℹ️ specify "Reorder" in the notes box, please include order number and/or order date (range) when possible
- include any requested changes, otherwise we will use the previous order's print file, rather than setup a new one, to print from

❓Do you offer Discounts?
ℹ️Yes! Standard discounts will apply for logged in customers:
2+ items save 10% off (all categories) 
5+ items save an additional 10% for custom text (discount calculated after standard discount)

❓How soon do orders ship? 
ℹ️ All items are made to order, and most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (not including the day the order is placed)

❓How long does shipping take? 
ℹ️ Shipping time is based on zip code, shipped from Fairview, Oregon (just outside of Portland)
